Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards. All orders must be paid in full before they ship. Promotional Products Collection has the right to hold to hold up and order in which payment cannot be made, the credit card is not accepted, or proper billing information is not provided. You will receive a quote then an order acknowledgement with all orders. You must sign quote, supply payment information before order is entered into the system.
We do not sell our mailing list and do not release customers’ phone numbers. We guarantee that your privacy will be maintained.
Turn around times depends on the product coming from the manufacture. If you have a rush let me know.
Proofing : All orders will receive a proof. But it is up to the customer to catch all errors and mistake and send the proof back to have them corrected.

We ship your order either by UPS, Fedex or US Priority Mail. When ordering, be sure to provide both your mailing address and an address where a UPS shipment can be delivered, if the two are different. Shipping will be added to the invoice unless you provide us with a shippers number.
We make every effort to ship you orders on time. Please plan ahead . If you have an event that this is for make sure you tell me and I will make every effort to have it arrive on time. BUT I am not responsible for your order once it leaves the factory. If there is a reason why your shipment is going to be delayed, we will contact you via email with the reason and estimated date of shipment. You will receive tracking numbers once it leaves the factory.
Custom orders are non-returnable. Once your order arrives please check it and report to me with-in 5 days and report any problems. If any items in your shipment are broken or damaged, we will replace them at no charge.
We try to insure that all orders are error-free, but sometimes mistakes can occur. If there is a problem, please contact us within 5 days of the receipt of your order.
